Laborza is a construction labor venture of Dara Construction & Services LLC. We supply skilled crews across many trades to general contractors, developers, property managers, and facilities teams.
How the model works
You direct the work. We recruit, vet, pay, and insure the workers, and we replace anyone who is not the right fit. Orders run by the phase, so you are not carrying labor you no longer need.

Safety first
Every order carries a safety brief, PPE expectations, and the right to stop an unsafe task. Pace never outranks the site.
Straight answers
A named headcount and a start day, confirmed in writing. If we cannot staff it, we say so up front.
Covered
Workers are placed through an insured Dara Construction & Services LLC entity, so your risk stays where it belongs.
